News?

Yes, better if I write something... So, since my last post, I started my internship; I have less time to spend on my website and the little free time that I have, I send it making graphic and posting them on tumblr (but here, too; I only don't make a post about them) and making videos... This is my new one... (it's my 4th... didn't post #2 and #3) And I have three tutorials to translate... when my laziness is over I will do that...

WP101 Basix Training

Browsing my link page, I found this website that teaches you a lot about wordpress and among other articles, it has a video tutorial. So I checked it out and watched some of the videos and I saw that you can learn a lot. Here it is:

The videos are in English, though. And I finally implemented the menu thing in my theme so now the nav bar is with that tag.

Two new wallpapers

Finally added something new ;) Two NCIS: Los Angeles wallpapers.

 I think I've revamped everything... There shouldn't be any errors, but since I'm not perfect if you see something out of place, just yell at me :D

Home... bad news

I'm home!! The bad news... well not life treating bad or any life treating at all... I have this problem with xLaguages plugin... it isn't updated anymore so I need to change everything on my site; links, posts, pages that have both languages and it is a big job when you don't have time... So I'm going to change everything little by little. Everything will be in English, there will be some Italian and since I've already translated all the tutorials, I'm going to keep them in my language (aka Italian), I just need to think a way to have both because I can't have both on the same page. Please report any error. The contact and error forms work fine even if there's no popup message, it's xLanguages plugin that interfere with everything... Later!

Vacation Time

New Tablet

Some weeks ago, my father bought a new tablet, l'ASUS Transformer. It is awesome! It is fast, the battery lasts more than three iPhones together and it becomes a mini-netbook when you attach the keyboard to the tablet. But the most important feature is the USB ports!

  

:D Now, Vodafone got us a wi-fi internet key, then mob ile internet for both my father and me... stay in touch will be easy at the beach (I think :P)

More photos

Today I added 423 photos to my gallery... all about Rome... Can't believe how many I have... and I have more but they aren't digital and my scanner isn't working so I can't put them online... The past few days I added more albums, too. Then I recently come back to interpals.net. I miss having pen-pals so I'm searching for more.

New Gallery

I know... I should finish the challenge... actually it is finished, I've just to post the banner here... They are all on my tumblr though :D In the meantime I've opened four new fanlistings, about Bones which I adore now (why I've never watched it is beyond me...). I particularly didn't like season 6 (I wonder who liked the first half... maybe not the real fans :P ) but I loved the 21st episode, I think it was the best of all season (ergo the fanlisting :P ).
 

 Then I reopened my photo gallery. I'm still uploading all the photos, adding the new ones, too... but they are a lot. I like the new gallery script, the last one was also fine (the one that I use with my postcards gallery) but I got angry with it and I didn't want to upgrade the same script twice. Then what? Oh yesterday I was at the Ipercoop and I saw Naked Heat which I want to buy but it was in Italian and there wasn't the first book so I didn't buy it... But really! There was Naked Heat at the Ipercoop!!! Kinda unexpected... Okay, back to my gallery... That's all for now :D

Tumblr Challenge

Hey there! How's everything? So I added some more banners and I'm doing a challenge on tumblr so I'm going to post a banner a day for the rest of the month with the answers to these questions ;) And you know what's happening this month? First season finales, a lot of them... the most important ones are Castle and NCIS: Los Angeles, then it's my birthday on the 27th and on the 31st it's Eric Christian Olsen's birthday!! Can't believe he's a May baby :D . Now if only he will wish me happy birthday... *Dream Laura, dream!* Later!

Again New Banners

Banners of NCIS: Los Angeles from 2.21 Rocket Man (and two more from 2.20 The Job). And I'm so excited because I became a Trouble Checkers at TheFanlistings.org and I can't wait to start my job! And speaking of fanlisting, the fanlistings for NCIS: Los Angeles 2.17 Personal and Castle 2.17 Tick, Tick, Tick... are ready. The layout for Castle 2.18 Boom! is ready, I just need to code it (but coding the day after NCIS: Los Angeles is hard since I graphic non-stop about it...). Yeah you can say I'm addicted to the show...

New Banners

15 Deeks/Kensi, 1 Deeks and 4 Team. My desktop computer is fried... dead to the world so I lost everything... at least until the tech recuperate my D HD... I've lost those, too but I published them on Tumblr so I was able to save them from there... I have three new fanlisting to built, okay two... I've already finished one but I need to add something more...

New content

Today I added all the icons I've made in the last few weeks (all about NCIS: Los Angeles), the wallpapers (NCIS: Los Angeles, too) and the NCIS: Los Angeles banners (3 Deeks', 13 Deeks/Kensi's and 2 Kensi's). I changed how icons are displayed because if I keep making that many at once, it's painful updating the script I had. So I installed one where all I need to do is upload the icons and they're automatically displayed.

Wallpapers Revamp, almost.

Since I've made a new layout and since the resolutions I had, weren't good for my laptop, I decided to revamp the wallpaper section. Now all of them (minus the NCIS ones because they're too many to do in a day) have they're own page where you can find different resolutions. I did this because from now on if I make a wallpaper, it will have HD resolutions as well since I need them for my laptop and maybe, if the wallpaper is right, even the iPhone version, since I need it for my iPhone :P The one I added is about NCIS: Los Angeles, it has 10 different resolutions (I added 5, yesterday the first 5) and it is my new desktop, too :P because who doesn't love those two?

Ever wonder why?

We remember songs from when we were kids? Some days ago, I searched for my old kid music tapes to give to my little cousin and when I tried them to see if they still worked I just remembered all the songs. Ever happen to you? I loved to sing them as a kid, yes but still... it's been like more than 15 years since I listened to them but I still remember, at least the tune. Maybe not all the words, but if I listen to them once, boom, I remember them... Isn't it cool? Now, if only this flu passes, I'd give the tapes to my cousin so she can start learning them (and the circle continue.)

...just making fanlists and NCIS:LA graphics... I added four banners, all about Deeks and made at least 8 new fanlists since my last post... maybe more if I count the ones adopted ;) And I'm more on Tumblr and Twitter these days... so follow me there :D
